You Deserve a Space That Feels Like Yours

Healing doesn’t have to look like having all the answers. It can start with being honest, being tired, or just being curious about something better. If you’re ready to explore what that looks like for you—I’m here, and I’d be honored to walk with you.

Infiniti McCallum, LCMHCA

Therapist | Advocate for Black Women | Confidence Builder

Hi, I’m Infiniti—a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who’s passionate about helping Black women break cycles, challenge old stories, and learn how to put themselves first—without guilt.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the parts of people they often keep hidden—the anxiety that never quiets down, the self-doubt behind the smile, the fear of disappointing everyone by finally saying “no.” I understand those struggles not just from training, but from lived experience. And I know how exhausting it can feel to always be the one who “has it all together” on the outside while struggling in silence on the inside.

In our work together, we’ll slow down and tune in. You’ll have space to breathe, unpack what’s been weighing on you, and explore how your past may be shaping your present. I’m especially passionate about helping women who’ve spent their lives in survival mode learn how to feel safe in rest, in softness, and in their own voice.

This is a space where you don’t have to explain everything. You don’t have to be strong every moment. You get to be real—and still be respected.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

Therapy with me is collaborative, conversational, and focused on your growth—not perfection. Some days we’ll dig deep and challenge thought patterns. Other days we’ll slow down and sit with emotion, practice breathing techniques, or simply reflect on what’s shifting.

Clients often tell me they feel genuinely seen in our sessions—that they can bring both their pain and their progress. I create space for both. I’ll listen closely, ask meaningful questions, and make sure we’re working at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you.

Who I Work With

I work with adults who are navigating:
– Anxiety and overthinking Depression and emotional fatigue
– Low self-esteem and confidence struggles
– Family or relationship conflict
– Boundary-setting and people-pleasing patterns
– Life transitions, loss, or burnout
– Aging and identity shifts (including support for older adults)
If you’ve been feeling like you’re always “on,” always doing, always giving—but rarely receiving the same care in return—this is your place to reset and realign.

Therapy Approaches

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Narrative Therapy
  • Solution-Focused Therapy
  • Strengths-Based, Trauma-Informed Care
  • Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Practices
We’ll use a mix of reflective work and real-life strategies—so you’re not only talking about change, you’re living it outside of session too.
