For When You Don’t Want to Talk—But Still Need to Let Something Out

Sometimes words aren’t the easiest way in. Sometimes your body feels everything before your mind can catch up. That’s where this work begins.

Our Sound Healing + Journaling sessions combine calming sound with guided writing prompts to help you release what you’ve been holding—and reconnect with what’s underneath. It’s quiet, gentle, and powerful in ways that don’t always need explanation.

This offering isn’t therapy, but it is healing. And it’s especially helpful when traditional talk therapy needs a complement or a break.

What to Expect

Each session starts with sound—tones and vibrations designed to settle your nervous system. Think of it like your body exhaling after holding its breath.
From there, we move into guided journaling. You’ll be offered thoughtful, trauma-informed prompts meant to support reflection, clarity, and emotional release. You can write freely, you can pause, you can simply notice what comes up.
There’s no sharing required. No pressure to go deep if you’re not ready. Just space to be with yourself in a more intentional way.

Who This Is For

Sound + journaling sessions are for anyone who:
This work can be grounding, especially if you’re someone who stays in your head or often feels disconnected from your body.
